We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse to join our Nursing Team! Duties include providing long term condition clinics, complex would care and immunisations; as well as supporting the Health Care Assistants, Student Nurses and GPs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of nursing in General Practice, however training can be provided for the right person. The position is for up to 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility to cover sickness and holiday is essential, and cross-site working may be necessary.
