Job summary
An exciting new opportunity has arisen at Ash Surgery for a qualified Nursing Associate to join our forward-thinking, friendly and supportive GP practice in the village of Ash, near Canterbury. The practice has just under 5000 patients and the team includes 5 GPs, 1 paramedic practitioner, 1 trainee ANP, 1 practice nurse and 2 health care assistants with a supportive and experienced admin team.
Main duties of the job
Your primary responsibility in the practice is the delivery of practice nursing services, working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, delivering care within your scope of practice to our patient population. As primary care nurse you will have a breadth of knowledge across the fields of nursing, providing holistic and person-centred care and support for people of all ages. This role will assist clinical staff in the provision of treatment, preventative care, health promotion and patient education.
