An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and enterprising person to join our Reception Team at an exciting time for our Practice. We are developing our team to move away from a traditional medical receptionist to more of a “Care Navigation” role, still helping our patients with their usual GP requests, but also helping them to access the service which best meets their needs.
The 27 hour a week role will be based predominantly at our popular Cosham Park House Surgery, but there would be the expectation that cross cover at other sites may be required occasionally to cover sickness and annual leave. Previous medical receptionist experience, whilst advantageous, is less important than a friendly and professional manner.

Tuesday 0800 – 1630
Wednesday 1200 – 1700
Thursday 1330 – 1830
Friday 0800 – 1730
