We are seeking salaried doctor/s (9.5k + indemnity) for between 4/8 sessions, ideally moving to partnership in the future.
We’re proud to buck the trend of triage based care. We continue to thrive running personalised lists. We consider this increases both patient and practitioner satisfaction through continuity of care, our rising numbers support this.
We’re a team of 5 partners, 5 salaried doctors, 1 GPST, 3 practice nurses (one prescribing) and 2 HCAs. We have individualised support from our friendly yet efficient management and admin teams.
We owner-occupy a historic house with a spacious purpose-built clinical domain complete with in-house pharmacy in central Salisbury. We serve 12000+ patients, who form a varied demographic.
While independent we work closely with our neighbouring surgeries to provide Improved Access and other schemes including an Older Persons’ Team who visit our NH/RH patients.
Harcourt is a successful business model which we think thrives best as a partnership. All doctors value the Friday clinical meeting for case discussions and mutual learning.
Salisbury boasts a (famous) local hospital and historic city centre, excellent schools, beautiful countryside and easy access to the South Coast and London.
