Practice Manager
Hours: Full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours per week)
Salary: £45-55k (pro-rata for part-time)
We are looking for a Practice Manager with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, who is approachable, team-focussed and will foster excellent team and collaborative working with the PCN, Iocality and other stakeholders.
We have a patient list size of 6,000 with 2 GP Partners and a small team of friendly and dedicated staff. The practice has 2 sites approximately a mile apart.
The role is responsible for ensuring the practice operates effectively, HR, compliance, overseeing premises management, developing and implementing new systems and processes and we are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in these areas.
The partners are open to change and looking to develop future systems and identify opportunities that support excellent patient care, so skills and experience in business development are desirable.
Ideally, we are looking for experience of general practice but welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate that they have the skills needed.
