Parish Fields is a friendly, efficient GP Practice in the market town of Diss, close to the Norfolk/Suffolk border.
We are currently seeking a Dispensary Manager to lead our Dispensary team. This is a key role within the Practice, responsible for all aspects of the Dispensary and Prescription Clerk teams.
The Dispensary Manager is responsible for the efficient operation and regulatory compliance of the Dispensary, and ensuring that the existing high level of patient experience is maintained at all times.
In addition, a key aspect of the successful candidate's role will be the further development of the Dispensary to maximise Dispensary revenue streams. The Dispensary Manager has a high level of autonomy in leading and developing the Dispensary function at the Practice.
The role is part-time, with an expectation of a minimum of around 25 hours per week.
The Dispensary Manager attends regular Head of Department meetings chaired by the Practice Manager, as a key part of ensuring that all Practice Departments work collaboratively.
It is essential for the successful candidate to hold at least a NVQ2 level qualification in Dispensing. Experience of leading a team is also essential, along with experience of managing financial budgets.
