Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Advance Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional medical services and promoting patient well-being.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses
- Perform physical examinations and health screenings
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification with current NMC registration
- Prescribing and minor illness qualification
- Proven experience of working as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Strong work ethic and team values with a flexible, ‘can do’ attitude

We are a forward-thinking practice located in the centre of Loughborough looking after a diverse population of 12,000+.

This role will be working alongside the On-call GP. This post would be suitable for someone newly qualified or those with more experience looking to progress their career in a supportive environment.
