Knowle Green Medical, Staines Upon Thames is a well-established, friendly training practice. We have a commitment to excellent patient care, quality and improvement. We have a well organised and dedicated team, with strong nursing and administrative support. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed team player to join our fantastic practice team. We offer a supportive learning environment for all our clinical staff. We are looking for a salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team due to the relocation of one of our existing salaried GPs. • 6 sessions per week ideally – Monday, Wednesday and Friday but can be flexible. • 15 min appointment slots. • Excellent holiday entitlement (increasing to 8 weeks holiday after working at the practice 3 years ). • Provided with laptop for home working. • Priorities for work/life balance. • GP new to practice fellowship mentor. • Very occasional home visits. • Paramedic Home Visiting Services • Practice Pharmacist. • Access to Hot and Cold Clinic appointments • Access to dermatology photo hub. • Training practice. • A dedicated Administrative Team reducing letters. • GMS. • EMIS Web. • CQC rated Good on all indicators. • Extremely low staff turnover across all areas. • Plans to move into new purpose built health centre (Cavell centre). • GPs with specialist interest-Gynaecology, Minor surgery and Teaching. • One partner is GP tutor for NorthWest Surrey. • Support for your professional development. • Competitive salary. £10,500 - £12,000 per session, per annum depending on experience. • Contribution towards medical indemnity and GMC subscription. • There is also opportunity for overtime when providing holiday cover.
