Job Overview Modality Partnership are looking to recruit GPs to join our friendly and motivated practice multidisciplinary teams. We have opportunities at the following practices; Bellevue Medical Centre, Enki Medical Centre, Handsworth Wood Medical Centre and Laurie Pike Health Centre. All these practices have good links into Birmingham City Centre and are an easy commute. Main duties of the job The role is a patient centred role delivered from your nominated practice site. You will need to confidently evidence key skills such as excellent verbal and written communication skills, clinical skills and empowering patients to manage their individual health conditions. The usual duties of a salaried GP will be expected – patient care through regular appointments, home visits and the general administration for patient care. You will work in collaboration with local practice teams, engaging the use of the associated roles that are attached to the practices. Overview of your organisation We are the largest GP super-partnerships in the UK, with a list size of 450,000 patients and with a multi-disciplinary workforce circa 1600 staff. We are unique, always looking at ways to improve our delivery of services through the implementation of new and innovative solutions that we can scale across the organisation. Recent innovations have included the use of robots to facilitate the remote filing of blood results and the development of document management team. These new initiatives are underpinned by our governance team to ensure patient safety. Person Specification: Qualifications and Experience: We require high performing GPs to join our team. The following requirements must be met: • GMC registered • CCST for primary care in the UK • Eligible to work in the UK • MRCGP (Desirable) • On the UK performers list for primary care • Current valid driving licence/access to a car EXPERIENCE We are able to accommodate salaried GP’s with all types of experience in primary care.
