Salaried GP Opportunity – 5+ sessions per week Starting September/October 2022 ideally but happy to wait for right candidate if needed. An opportunity has arisen for a 5+ session GP to join our team in The Longcroft Clinic, Banstead, a town bordering Greater London in the borough of Reigate and Banstead in Surrey. It is close to Epsom, Sutton, Croydon and Kingston-upon-Thames, and just 13.3 miles from Central London. We are a forward thinking, patient focused, and supportive training practice. We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated salaried GP for 5(+) sessions a week. We have a varied and supportive clinical and administrative team, which includes a prescribing pharmacist, nurse practitioner, practice nurses, healthcare assistant, clinical coders, medical administrator, and patient services team as well as paramedics for visiting, first contact physios and social prescriber via our PCN. We have regular medical students for teaching and are a training practice with registrars. We are also active in undertaking innovative research projects with one of the partners heading this nationally. - List size 10,700 -We operate a named GP system to aid with continuity of care. -CQC rating: Good -Fully active member of our local PCN with opportunities to take on various responsibilities. -Signposted telephone triage system -Digital triage system using Footfall -In addition to EMIS and Doman, we use systems to make care of our patients easier including accruRX, Footfall, MJOG and MS teams. -Practice meeting weekly. Regular coffees and discussion of clinical cases. -Opportunities to develop own interests within practice. -7 weeks annual leave (study leave included ) -Competitive salary (negotiable depending on experience)
