Extended hours – Hybrid role GP We are looking for General Practitioners to work for Service SPC in a hybrid role which will provide extended hours support to the Practices within Sussex Primary Care and wider PCN’s. You will have the flexibility to take a hybrid approach and work from home and in Dolphins Practice, located in Haywards. A flexible working pattern throughout the week, to include rotational Saturday mornings. -Location: Hybrid working to include at home and in Practice work – All Kit Provided -Hours to suit your lifestyle -Minimum of 4 sessions per week -Pay Dependent on Experience and an enhanced weekend rate Main duties of the job • To be responsible for providing primary medical services to the registered patients across practices, ensuring the highest standards of care for all. This will be undertaken in line with the relevant national primary care contractual regulations and guidelines. • Manage emergency/immediate necessary and temporary patients. • Have the opportunity to take part in leading on an area of interest. • Support the CQC Registered /Practice Manager in delivering quality, risk and regulatory compliance agenda to meet local, regional and national requirements. • Provide health promotion and advice, signposting patients to appropriate services to maximise their health and social functioning and their ability to self-manage their care. • Be constantly mindful of the need for the provision of both personalised care and population health, including reducing health inequalities and ensure that these are reflected in daily practice.
