We have an exciting opportunity for a Salaried GP, working 6-8 sessions per week to join our friendly and established team. Experienced and newly qualified GPs equally welcome to apply. Our senior partner is retiring in 2 years time and, as part of our succession planning, we are looking for a salaried GP with a view to partnership, so to facilitate a smooth transition of the patient list. We are based in rural Cheshire on the boundaries of Shropshire and Wales in close proximity to excellent schools and amenities. We have 7,500 patients. We are a dispensing practice and a training practice. What we are offering: - A very competitive package with BMA model contract - A supportive and friendly practice team: - 4 GP Partners and 2 Salaried GPs - 4 PNs and 2 HCAs| Pharmacy Technician | Excellent administration and management team - Full secretarial and coding support from our dedicated team - PCN ARRS roles – First Contact Physiotherapy, Social Prescribers and Clinical Pharmacists - Approximately 25 appointments per day. - Continuity of care, operating personal lists for ongoing healthcare. - EMIS Web, Docman 10, accuRx, Lexacom and active workflow management. - Minor Op, sexual health, contraception, phlebotomy, and minor injury services - Supportive environment including regular Practice meetings and CPD. -Special interests are encouraged and supported. We are a high-achieving Practice, rated ‘Good’ by CQC. In 2021 we ranked 23rd in the country in the GP Survey. Informal visits and enquires are welcome.
