Do you care about making a difference and enjoy working as part of a friendly and supportive team? Abbeywell Surgery are looking for a salaried GP to join our clinical team for 4-6 clinical sessions. We are offering a competitive salary dependent on experience. You will be supported by a friendly and experienced team who are committed to delivering high quality healthcare with care and compassion. We are a training practice passionate about developing the GPs of the future, and we are a very successful research practice. We are a team who like to look after each other and have a daily scheduled mid-morning tea break to catch up. We appreciate our staff and offer plenty of morale boosting initiatives including a staff ‘thank you’ scheme, wellbeing events and staff parties. We are located in the beautiful market town of Romsey in Hampshire. We have two sites in Romsey, serving a patient population of 19,000. We have the New Forest a short distance away as well as excellent road connections to further afield. We have a ‘Good’ CQC rating, and are an EMIS Web user supported by Ardens and AccuRx. Our clinical team is made up of 7 GP Partners, 2 salaried GPs, 2 GP retainers, 2 ANPs and a skilled and experienced Practice Nursing team. We are engaged with our local Primary Care Network (PCN); and our patients can access appointments with Social Prescribing Link Workers; First Contact Practitioners; and Clinical Pharmacists.
