Medical Receptionist – Oakside Surgery

The Role:
We are looking for an hard-working, friendly and enthusiastic team player to join us at Oakside Surgery in Honicknowle, Plymouth.
You will need to have previous experience within a General Practice setting, excellent communication skills and be able to work well within a team. Experience of using EMIS Web would be advantageous.
This role will be based over 5 days at 25 hours per week, with the shifts varying between either 08.00-13.00 or 13.30-18.30 on a 4 week rolling rota.
Additional cover for annual leave and sickness would be potentially required.
The Practice:
We are a busy outer-city surgery in Honicknowle, with approximately 7300 patients.
Oakside Surgery is a General Practice Partnership open to all patients living within our Practice boundary in Honicknowle and surrounding areas of the city of Plymouth. We work in partnership with our patients to provide medical care for our patients.
We are a Personal Medical Services (PMS) Practice offering Primary care services for the diagnosis and prevention of disease. We help patients to manage their health and prevent illness. Our Health Professionals assess, diagnose, treat and manage illness.
