Coastal Medical Partnership is a forward thinking, newly merged group of GP Practices based across 5 sites in New Milton & Lymington comprising The Arnewood Practice, Barton Webb-Peploe and New Milton Health Centre. There are 21 GP Partners leading a clinical and non-clinical team looking after 34,000 patients.
We are looking to increase our Urgent Care Team with a Nurse Practitioner to work alongside the GPs based at our New Milton Health Centre site. We are seeking a dynamic forward thinking clinician who can work well both individually and as part of a team
You will be a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner, able to work at pace, with significant expertise in dealing with minor illness. Naturally, you will be a prescriber or in current training to achieve the prescriber qualification.
You will work autonomously with the help and guidance of a team of supportive GPs providing a range of care including management of same-day presentations, offering both face-to-face and telephone consultations.
The post is for 2.5 days a week – all day Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the practice and patients; cross-site working may be required.
