We are looking for a Mental Health Practitioner to work alongside our current clinical team of GPs and nurse practitioners.
As one of the most popular GP surgeries in Southampton, we would truly value the input a Mental Health Practitioner would bring to caring for our population of 14300 patients. We would like a prospective MHP to be able to deal with a range of mental health problems, provide treatment plans and follow up or signpost to relevant services.
