As our customer base continues to grow we are currently on the lookout for an additional Support Assistant to join us on our journey. You will be interacting with our users via telephone and email, resolving issues and proactively responding to feedback as well as providing guidance and help wherever you can.
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Top class writing and communication skills.
- A charming telephone manner.
- A love of team work - many hands make light work!
- Previous experience in a customer services environment.
- A genuine desire to help and interact with our users.
- Creative thinking, always looking to develop your skills.
- Confident using computers and technology but we’re not looking for experts!
This role can offer versatility, ideally we are looking to fill a full time (Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm) position, however we are happy to consider other options for the right candidate.
