PRACTICE NURSE VACANCY

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Practice Nurse to join us in our busy Keighley Practice. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in Primary Care and have qualifications in chronic disease management, cytology and immunisations. Hours and pay are negotiable.
We are a forward-thinking training practice for GP Registrars, medical students and nurses with a supportive multi-disciplinary team including an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Pharmacist, Mental Health Support Worker, a Social Prescriber, Physio and HCAs. We hold a strong, patient-centred ethos for our diverse patient demographic.
We are a friendly and committed team working hard to meet the needs of our 11,800 patients. We use SystmOne clinical system software.
Our practice is part of The Wharfedale, Airedale & Craven Alliance (WACA), a tightly-knit federation of eight independent, innovative GP practices covering a population of 72,000 patients. We are rooted in providing very high quality clinical care with the patient at the centre of our decision making.
We are an independent voice of primary care within the three diverse communities of the Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) region.
