They are a three site partnership, where each site works independently but has the support of the others. The majority of staff work in one of the branches and therefore have the feel of three small friendly practices. Two of the sites have recently undergone major refurbishment and they have an on-site education centre at one of the branches. The Partnership is known locally for providing high quality training and the GPs are a friendly bunch committed to supporting each other and delivering excellent care to our patients.
They have a Lead Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacy Assistant, a Physician Associate and Nurse Practitioners in Acute Illness and Elderly Care/home visits, along with an experienced and innovative practice nursing team.
The admin teams use a workflow management system in processing incoming correspondence and frequently score highly in patient satisfaction surveys. There is a supportive and approachable Management team and an IT Lead to make sure that things run smoothly. The practice uses SystmOne is well organised and has a supportive Clinical Commissioning Group (North Derbyshire). We have high QOF Achievement and all sites were CQC Inspection rated “GOOD” in all areas.
