NURSE PRACTITIONER/PARAMEDIC/COMMUNITY NURSE SPECIALIST
Channel View Medical Practice is expanding its clinical team.
We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner, Paramedic or experienced Community Nurse Specialist preferably with prescribing training to join us.
We are a friendly rural and coastal Practice based across three sites in Teignmouth, Bishopsteignton and Chudleigh.
We are an experienced team of GPs with a highly skilled clinical and administrative support team including a Nurse Practitioner, Mental Health Practitioner and a well-led nursing team.
We are involved in both Training (Registrars, F2 doctors, medical and nursing students) and Research.
We use SystmOne and have been operating a Doctor First Triage System successfully since moving from a conventional appointments system in 2014.
role would be to provide assessment, treatment and support for patients attending the surgery and the housebound. Aptitude in managing both acute and chronic conditions would be required but the role could be tailored to the right individual’s experience. A non-medical prescribing qualification is essential.
Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
