This recently merged Cornish Practice is moving into a new phase of business development and is looking for a Practice Manager to support the Strategic Business Manager and Partners in moving towards a sustainable future where patient care can be delivered effectively within the local community. The East of Cornwall is proactive in considering new ways of delivering services, and this role is designed to focus specifically upon the delivery of patient care, and the day to day running of the practice, in line with the strategic aims. The role will have day to day responsibility for Heads of Department and the delivery of patient care, and it is anticipated that the two managerial roles will work hand in hand.
The post holder will focus upon patient engagement, CQC requirements, people management, financial management and forecasting, service delivery and estates and facilities.
The practice has 16,000 patients and 70 employees.
Successful candidates will have practice management experience in primary care and knowledge of funding streams and people management.
