Would you like to be part of a friendly team, who have a history of delivering dedicated and holistic patient care, to a list of approx 12000 patients?
Here at Bower Mount Medical Practice, we are looking to recruit a friendly and enthusiastic individual to support patients and clinicians as a receptionist, welcoming and helping patients at our reception desk, and patients contacting the Practice via telephone and online triage. Administrative duties such as document management, patient registrations and deductions may also be required.
The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills, with a calm and measured approach, as this can be a busy and demanding role.
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills are required, to meet the needs of the role, as well as being adaptable to change.
Experience of working in General Practice, or a customer service history would be beneficial, but not essential.
Full time or Part Time hours will be considered, in line with the needs of the Practice.
