We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Lead Practice Nurse with experience in general practice and a strong background in leading nursing teams. The ideal candidate should have the necessary qualifications in managing chronic health conditions like Asthma, COPD and Diabetes as well as treatment room duties.
The Lead Practice Nurse will collaborate with a team in general practice setting. The individual in this role will play a crucial part as a valued member of the general practice team.

BACKGROUND
Springhead Health is a large GMS GP Practice, serving approximately 22,300 patients.
We adopt a team approach to patient care and endeavour to monitor the service provided to patients, to ensure that it meets current standards of excellence.
We occupy a purpose-built building with excellent road and rail links, and a nearby high-speed train service into St Pancras London.
We are currently using EMIS Web clinical system.
Salary - negotiable and subject to experience.
