Cares for a diverse patient population of approximately 12,800, collaborating with a proactive Primary Care Network.
Boasts a comprehensive clinical team, including nurses, paramedics, advanced practitioners, and healthcare assistants, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Provides a variety of appointment options (face-to-face, telephone, video) to cater to patient needs.
