MATERNITY LOCUM GP
RED PRACTICE, WALTON ON THAMES
We are a friendly, well established, growing practice looking for a Locum GP looking to cover a maternity post for 4sessions a week (ideally Tuesdays and Thursdays all day (flexible on days). The maternity post is from 13th May 2025 to end of March 2026. There is the possibility for a salaried post at the end of the maternity post.
? Innovative, forward thinking, well organised practice with low staff turn over.
? High QOF achieving GMS practice with list size of over 10500
? Currently Two partners and Five salaried GPs with specialist interests in Diabetes, Minor Sur-gery
? An established and approved Training Practice with 3 x Clinical Supervisors
? 2 practice nurses, Two HCAs, a Phlebotomist and a friendly team of Admin staff including Sec-retaries, Clinical coders and Receptionists and 2 Practice Managers.
? Online Digital Triage -using AccuRx
? Paper light practice using EMIS web, Electronic Prescribing and DOCMAN 10
? Rated as Good by CQC
? Working from a purpose built Health Centre shared with 2 other independent practices.
? Member of the Walton Practices Confederation PCN with in-house Clinical Pharmacists, GP Assistant and Social Prescriber.
? Free Parking onsite / large car parking at the front of the Health Centre
? Salary negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
