Practice Manager
Full Time - 37 hours per week (part time working negotiable)
Monday to Friday
Salary – negotiable DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and highly-motivated manager with strategic vision to join a long established and respected two-partner GP surgery.
Located in the heart of Lancing, West Sussex, the practice offers healthcare services to a registered list of 8,900 patients. This is a forward-thinking GMS (General Medical Services) practice, working collaboratively within an efficient and enthusiastic Primary Care Network (PCN) alongside two other local surgeries, caring for 29,700 patients in our area.
The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and take responsibility for organisational leadership, service improvement and delivery of key targets across all clinical and administrative areas within the practice.
Candidates must be highly motivated, pro-active and resilient leaders who thrive in a dynamic healthcare setting. They should be conscientious, provide solid leadership and have a sound knowledge of strategic business management, finance, HR and planning.
Working alongside the GP Partners and management team, and supported by an excellent administrative and clinical team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of this patient-centred practice. You will also have the vision, willingness and drive to adapt and lead the practice forward.
Previous healthcare management experience, leadership skills, and exceptional communication skills at all levels is essential.
