Job description

Would you like to be part of a friendly team, who have a history of delivering dedicated and holistic patient care, to a list of approx 11,000 patients?

Here at Bower Mount Medical Practice, we are looking to recruit a friendly and enthusiastic individual to support patients and clinicians as a receptionist/administrator, on a full time or part time basis. The role would include welcoming and helping patients at our reception desk, and patients contacting the Practice via telephone, dealing with online triage requests, as well as supporting the Practice with other administrative tasks.


Essential Qualities:

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Adaptable to change.

Organisational skills.

Competency in using IT.

Able to work at pace with focus on accuracy.


Essential Experience/Qualifications:

GCSE in Maths and English A-C grade, or equivalent.

Experience of working in customer service.

 

Desirable Experience/Qualifications:

Experience of working in General Practice, would be beneficial.

NVQ in Customer Service.
