Non-Clinical Development Lead – Somerset ICS Training Hub

Location: Flexible, with some travel throughout Somerset
Contract: Fixed-term to March 2026
Hours: part-time, or secondment (2-3 days per week)
The Somerset ICS Training Hub is seeking an experienced individual to lead strategic projects focused on workforce development and training in general practice. This role offers the opportunity to shape healthcare education and workforce planning in Somerset.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver priority projects aligned with Training Hub objectives.
- To establish a new to practice programme for non clinical staff and support the development of leaders in general practice.
- Engage stakeholders across general practice, PCNs, and NHS organisations.
- Ensure project success through effective planning, risk management, and reporting.
- Support quality assurance and governance in training initiatives.
About You
You’ll bring experience and knowledge in:
- Project Management.
- Managing complex projects in healthcare or similar settings.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills to influence diverse teams.
- A willingness to use AI tools to support work.
A driving licence and regional travel are required.
