Required for
A busy GP’s surgery in Penygraig, Rhondda Valley, with a practice population of approx. 4200 patients.
We are currently seeking to recruit a 20 hour Practice Receptionist/Care Navigator. This position will be a mixture of morning and afternoon sessions.
Receptionist/Care Navigator role is varied, it involves meeting and greeting patients, handling repeat prescriptions and answering the telephone, booking appointments and signposting patients to appropriate services, ie Pharmacy.
There are a variety of admistrative tasks, such as, registering new patients, sorting post and scanning letters.
We are looking for someone with good communication skills, computer skills and a team player. Full training will be provided.
