Practice Nurse – Penygraig Surgery

Penygraig Surgery is a Busy Practice with Approx 4200 patients. We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual with a range of skills, ideally with experience in Triage Nurse consultations and Minor Illness and administering of any necessary vaccinations. Chronic Disease Management is also desirable but training will be provided. The candidate should be computer literate and also have excellent communication skills.
Duties will include Minor Illness, Triage, Health Promotion, Chronic Disease Management, Travel Clinic, Family Planning and Womens Health.
