Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a 4-6 session GP to join our team in the Georgian market town of Farnham with good local schools and excellent transport links to London. The surgery is located within a modern purpose-built building with free parking. We are a forward-thinking practice, comprising of 4 partners, 6 salaried GPs, 1 advanced paramedic practitioner, practice nurses, clinical pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and 4 care coordinators. List size 17,000. We work collaboratively with other Farnham practices both within our PCN and as part of Farnham Integrated Care Services offering same day access appointments, MSK and mental health practitioners, home visiting paramedics and social prescribers. X-ray walk -in service, ultrasound and phlebotomy available within Farnham Centre for Health.
