Phoenix Family Practice is a recently merged partnership based in Weybridge, Surrey. We are seeking a newly qualified GP to make sure we’re doing our best to help with the GP employment crisis! More pertinently though, our entire team would like to benefit from the insight and input of the newest generation of GPs.
We are an open and democratic team who has recently transitioned to total triage and your clinical skills, practical acumen and vision for the future of healthcare will be highly valued. We like data-driven decision making and care about improving the way we look after our patients. We are a large practice with plenty of scope to innovate.
The practice would ideally employ for 4 sessions, but would be flexible for the right candidate.
- 7 partner GMS practice with an increasing list size (currently 24,500 patients)
- 11 Salaried GPs
- 15 minute appointments and BMA patient contact count for routine clinics
- Training Practice (Foundation and GP Registrars)
- Teaching Practice (Imperial College London and St George’s)
- CQC rated ‘Good’
- Large Multidisciplinary team
- Supported by excellent nursing, pharmacy and administration teams
- Active practice providing a large range of services including minor ops, cryotherapy, microsuction, coil clinics and steroid injection clinics
- EmisWeb clinical system and EmisX pilot site
- On-site car and bicycle parking
- Daily clinical meetings
- Monthly MDT meetings
