South Wigston Health Centre is currently seeking an enthusiastic experienced
ANP/ ECP/ACP to join our expanding team. Covering upto 30 hours a week
- CQC Rating: Good
- List Size: 7000
- Active member of Oadby and Wigston PCN
- Four Salaried GPs
- Two Practice Nurses
- Healthcare Assistant
- Phlebotomist
- Assisted by supportive, proactive Admin & management team
- Key Requirements
- Experience in Minor Illness
- Complex care planning & Management
- Prescriber
- Excellent communication skills ability to liaise with MDT and secondary care
