Northlands Wood Practice www.northlandswoodpractice.com We are looking for a GP to join our well established, vibrant and forward thinking practice in the heart of Mid Sussex. We are a training practice led by a strong partnership and management team with a salaried GP ,and a range of other clinical staff to support us in our roles. We pride ourselves in providing a supportive working environment for all and meet regularly with the MDT to ensure a holistic approach to our care and opportunities for ongoing learning for all staff. • Our patient list is 8,900 • Our Clinical team is 4 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP • 4 Practice Nurses, 1 Phlebotomist • 1 Paramedic • PCN Additional roles- Pharmacist, First Contact Physio, Social Prescriber • GP Training Practice- 2 Trainers in the practice. • Systm1, AccRX • Daily Coffee break with the Doctors, Paramedic and Pharmacist • Low Home visit requirement • 14 patients AM 10 Patients PM • Parking Current Vacancy: Maternity Cover We are looking for Maternity cover for 12 months starting in Jan 2025. We would need a 6 session GP to cover Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. It would be covering an existing GP’s paperwork, Pro-rata duty sessions and appointments.
