GP OPPORTUNITY – Maternity locum cover – 1 year
4-6 SESSIONS
We are looking to appoint a GP to join our friendly supportive team at Whitchurch Medical Centre to cover a 1-year maternity locum cover. The practice has a population of approximately 11,000 patients. The team consists of 5 Partners and 5 Sessional GP.
- High Performing QIF with good access outcomes
- 3 Practice Nurses and 2 Health Care Assistants
- Full complement of admin support staff and high staff retention
- Active Patient Participation Group
- EMIS practice
- Active in research PICRIS
- Provide all enhanced services.
- Placement for Year 1, 2, 3 ,4 & 5 medical students
- GP training practice
We are proud to be a training and teaching practice for medical and nursing students The candidate must be fully registered with the GMC and be listed on the Cardiff and Vale UHB performers list for general medical services. Due to teaching status, it is desirable the candidate has MRCGP with an interest in medical education. Must also have mode of transport to carry out house visits.
