Our practice is located near the University of East Anglia where we are providing teaching to the medical students . We have 3 sites with a list size of 12700 which is growing in number . We are hoping to recruit Full time Salaried GP which is 8 sessions a week.We welcome any applicants who can provide part time as well. We support newly qualified GPs to pursue their career progression to become GP Educator or any other special interest.We provide a standard BMA contract. We can organise Tier 2 visa sponsors as well.

We have a skill mix team providing Urgent care service.Our team includes 3 partners, 2 salaried GPs, 3 regular long-term locums, 2 Nurse Practitioner , highly skilled Practice Nurses, Care coordinator, Physician Associate, General Practice Assistant ,Clinical Pharmacists, Mental Health Practitioners and Mental health link workers. The Clinical team is well supported by the Admin team managed by two managers. Team spirit is strong, as committed to provide excellent patient care. We are a learning organisation and Research ready practice. We are teaching Medical students from UEA for year 5A module and year 2 UEA medical students. We also mentor Physician Associate students.We use SystmOne and have a manageable workload with very minimal home visits . One session you would see around 10 patients, 15 minutes appointment with enough time for the admin work. If there is a home visit we tend to block 2 slots as well. Oncall is equally distributed .
