Practice Business Manager – Ouse Valley Practice
Due to retirement, an exciting opportunity has opened to join a well-established, forwardthinking, friendly, dynamic practice based in Handcross, West Sussex.
With 4 Partners, 5 salaried GP’s, and just under 10 000 patients this is a unique opportunity to work for a highperforming dispensing practice that places an emphasis on patient care and training.
As Practice Business Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the management of the practice, ensuring the skill mix of our team promotes efficient processes for effective patient care, clinical and administrative processes.
You will be supported by an Operations Manager. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential. In addition, we are looking for someone who will continue to drive the practice forward by identifying and acting on practice and business opportunities and partnerships to ensure financial growth.
The successful candidate will need to be able to work collaboratively with the partners and understand and respond to the diverse and dynamic nature of the role, being able to balance the needs of the practice with the ever-changing challenges of providing healthcare.
Previous health care management experience is preferable but not essential for this role; however, individuals will have to demonstrate transferable knowledge and skills.
We are a high QOF achieving practice and CQC rating Good.
