Are you an experienced Health Care Assistant with previous GP surgery experience who would like to join the nursing team. This is a part time role of 22.5 hours per week to be worked over three days; Monday, Wednesday and Friday, a minimum of one late shift (10:30 – 18:30) would be required. Salary £23,464 per annum.

Working under the direct supervision of the Practice Nurses and strictly in accordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols, the Health Care Assistant will assist the practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care. To be able to work at the main and branch surgery sites.

Horizon Healthcare is a friendly City centre practice with a diverse population of 23,500+ patients. There is also a branch surgery in Mackworth.

We are a three GP Partnership supported by dedicated teams of Salaried GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists who provide integral pharmacy management, Practice Nurses, Nursing Associates and an HCA. We are backed up by an excellent management and administration team.
