We are keen to recruit a salaried GP to join our forward-thinking practice team. Applications will also be considered from anyone wishing to work towards a partnership.
The position will suit those looking to work 4 sessions per week (ideally on a Wednesday and a Thursday), although we will be happy to receive applications based on different patterns of working.
Birchwood – based in the rural North Norfolk market town of North Walsham - has approximately 12,000 patients. In addition to our six partner doctors and one salaried GP - all of whom operate on 15 minute appointment slots - we have a large range of ARRS staff including physicians associates, a clinical pharmacist, first contact physio and mental health nurses. We also have a skilled practice nursing team and a highly experienced administration team.
Although not essential, the position would be ideal for anyone who wishes to develop their teaching skills as we host both UEA medical students and GP registrars.
