What we are looking for:
We are looking for a new team member. Your role would be to support the Pharmacist - to maximise cost effective prescribing and improve patient care. Ideally you should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have some experience of medicines optimisation.
- To deal with hospital letters
- To support clinical audits.
- To keep prescriptions requests up to date
Fosse Medical Centre has a population of around 11,000 patients.
Post:
- 24 hours per week (4 x 6 hour shifts).
- 4 weeks annual leave pro rata including bank holiday
- Weekly clinical meetings and regular team meetings

Our Team:
Our nursing team consists of 4 GP Partners, 4 salaried GP’s, 1 Practice Nurse, 1 Nursing Associate, 2 HCA’s a Clinical Pharmacist as well as other members who work at our site. We also have a strong management, administration and reception team.
