We can offer a fulfilling role for 4 – 6 sessions per week, with a very competitive salary – sessional rate of £11859.49/year as well as a BMA Model Contract with full CPD allowance. St :Peter’s has been established for over 100 years and we are proud of our excellent reputation in the city and the wider area.

The practice is led by a committed group of 4 partners comprising of 3 GPs and 1 Business Manager
In addition we offer:
- A full multi-disciplinary team 10 salaried GPs, 2 ACP/ANPs, 1 Clinical Pharmacist, 1 Pharmacy Technician,2 Mental Health Practitioners, 4 Practice Nurses, 2 HCAs and a phlebotomist supported by a fabulous management and administrative team, cares for 19000 + patients, operating from brand new (fully opening 3 June 2024) premises.
- Some working from home is possible to allow clinicians as much flexibility as possible.
- Home visiting is carried out by our PCN home visiting team.
- Support from an extensive PCN Outreach team including: frailty, physiotherapy, long term condition team, social prescribers, care navigators, mental health support workers and health and well-being coaches.
- St Peter’s uses SystmOne and is actively working towards becoming a training practice for GPs and practice nurses, currently hosting first and second year students and FY2 students later this year. Some of GPs are already clinical supervisors, working towards educational supervisors to be able to have ST2 & 3s. We currently have a nursing student with more planned later in the year. Education is high on our agenda and welcome more GPs interested in this field.
