Hawkinge and Elham Valley Practice is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, committed and forward-thinking GP for 4-5 sessions a week to join our friendly, innovative team with the added attraction of working in rural and semi rural locations
This is a real opportunity for a doctor who wants to contribute to the General Practice of the future and build their own portfolio at the same time. We are happy to support career aspirations and educational/academic goals.
The Practice has a list size of just over 10,000 patients. Hawkinge Health Centre is situated in the small town of Hawkinge, on the outskirts of Folkestone with easy links to the M20 and mainline train station, making commuting relatively easy. Although our Elham Surgery is rural which means access to a vehicle is preferred.
The Practice is a pleasant place to work with a relaxed atmosphere and wonderful team spirit. We have well maintained and stocked clinical rooms, staff room for breaks and for ease, onsite parking.
This is a GP training practice involved in FY2, GPVTS, Nurses and Medical Students training.
