We are a semi-rural practice in the heart of Charnwood who are ranked in the top 10 GP practices in Leicestershire.
To maintain our success, we are looking at expanding our clinical professionals and would love to hear from the right candidate to join our forward – thinking, innovative team.
At the practice we have 3,000 patients who are currently looked after by our full time GP, Salaried GP, nursing team and HCA’s. We also have PCN staff attached to the practice, which include advanced nurse practitioner, physicians associate, clinical pharmacist and mental health facilitator. We also have a great relationship with our Social Prescribing Team.
We pride ourselves on working smarter, not harder, help patients on the day they contact us and have no backlog of work. We start the day with an almost blank appointment book. Telephone requests are added to your list to triage in order of clinical priority. Who better to decide the best course of action than the GP. Booking F2F into yourself leaves you in control.
Our management team and experienced reception and administration staff support you to allow you to do what you do best.
We are a teaching practice having medical students from Leicester, Nottingham, Imperial and UCL University and Physicians Associates from De Montfort University.
Rated Good at our last CQC inspection, we take pride in achieving full QoF points ensuring patients are given the right care. We provide specialist diabetes, contraceptive implants, steroid injections and a host of other enhanced services and work closely with our Federation and the Soar Valley PCN.
Work life balance is important to us which includes the practices being closed on Thursday afternoon.
