Hours - Thursday/Friday 12-14hrs per week
Horndean Surgery is a friendly semi-rural practice based near Waterlooville, Hampshire which moved into new purpose built premises in 2020. We currently serve a population of approximately 6500 patients but due to local development we expect to see our patient list grow by up to 30% over the next couple of years.
We are looking to recruit a committed and enthusiastic, experienced and self-motivated Practice Nurse to join our team. We are a friendly and supportive practice and have a strong commitment to our patients and the professional development of our team. Our priority is to deliver holistic care of a high standard and to promote health education to our patients.
The successful applicant should ideally have experience in all aspects of care including child and adult immunisations, cytology, treatment room duties and travel vaccinations. Experience of long term conditions including diabetes, asthma and COPD is essential
Our nursing team would also like to work with someone who is flexible, approachable, is a good team player and has a good sense of humour!
