We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our busy, friendly practice team serving 21,300 patients in the heart of Kent.
We are committed to providing the best patient care to our local community.
You will be part of a diverse clinical team consisting of 7 GP Partners, 4 Salaried GPs, 3 Nurse Practitioners, 3 Nurses, a Physicians Associate, Pharmacist including a Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistants. We have experienced administrative and management team.
We are proud to be a training practice supporting trainee GPs and nurses.
You will need to be a degree qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioner with relevant clinical skills and expertise to work autonomously to deliver high quality patient focused care. You will use your skills to undertake clinical examination and know various diagnostic and treatment options.
You will be responsible for the initial treatment of patients presenting with undifferentiated or undiagnosed conditions and make professional autonomous decisions regarding treatment within your scope of practice.
Pay - negotiable- subject to experience
