An exciting opportunity to join our team due to the retirement of a Partner
6 sessions a week, preferably Wednesday - Friday, but flexible for the right candidate. Start January 2024 or earlier
Based in the heart of the Test Valley our GPs commute less than 25 minutes from Andover, Winchester and Salisbury
- Team: 6 partners, 2 salaried GP, 2 GP retainers, 1 ANP, 4 nurses, 1 HCA and a committed reception and administration team
- Recently extended and modernised premises, with EV charging available
- Branch dispensing surgery in Enham Alamein
- Social and supportive environment with daily coffee breaks in a dedicated space
- Personal list system so you get to know your patients
- Low number of home visits, no out-of-hours commitments
- Medical secretary support – low levels of Docman, task-based new referral system (minimal admin)
- Active and collaborative PCN
- Physician associate, mental health team, first contact physios and clinical pharmacists and technicians – all on site
- Currently recruiting for paramedic/ANP to assist with duty and visits
- 14,700 patients, with increasing list (3% pa)
- EMIS Web/ Ardens /Docman /Lexacom
- CQC Good
- Strong relationships with ICB and Mid Hampshire Healthcare (GP Federation)
