Compass House Medical Centres is a forward thinking and dynamic surgery, and we are seeking an Occupational Therapist with a special interest in Mental Health to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Mental Health Practitioner (OT registered) to join the growing team of allied health professionals at Baywide Primary Care Network (PCN). The successful candidate will take a key role in our growing Primary Care Mental Health Team, shaping a major new and transformative approach to providing mental health care in a community primary care setting. They will be responsible for working closely with General Practitioners and the primary care team to provide assessments, brief interventions and care navigation for people with mental health issues living within our PCN foot print.
