Butetown Medical Practice are looking to recruit 2 enthusiastic primary care receptionists/Care-Navigators.
We are a friendly and forward-thinking practice, focused on delivering high quality patient care to our 9,036 practice population. The role is very varied, and you will be working within a supportive, motivated, friendly and enthusiastic team.
Computer literacy skills are essential, preferably with previous experience in primary care. The successful candidates must be well organized, with excellent communication skills to deal with people in a polite and sensitive manner, and have the ability to work as part of a team.
Part time position (2 part time positions available)
Competitive salary and will include shift patterns between 8 am and 6.30 pm
Hours will be agreed on appointment
Flexibility to cover annual leave and sickness is essential.
The successful candidate will be required to cover all aspects of reception work in a GP practice and involves daily face to face and telephone contact with patients, arranging of appointments and follow up of patient related tasks amongst other administrative responsibilities. Computer literacy is essential and full training will be given as appropriate.
