An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced manager to join the practice team at Fakenham Medical Practice. We are a well-established and highly respected GP practice, operating from purpose built bright modern premises and our branch surgery at Walsingham, providing care to 16,000 patients in Fakenham and the surrounding areas.

We have 6 GP Partners and a loyal team of salaried GPs, Nurses, HCAs, Allied Healthcare Professionals, Administrators, Dispensers and Housekeepers working to provide high quality patient care.

We are looking for a Practice Manager with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, who is team focussed, compassionate and will foster excellent team-working and share our values and ethos.

The role is responsible for overseeing the operational management of the practice: compliance, HR, premises management, health and safety and complaints.  This will be supported by a HR and Business Administrator and the Finance Lead.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate clear leadership, business management, strategic planning and high-level HR skills and experience. Whilst NHS experience is desirable, it is not essential. The successful candidate will work alongside the Operations Manager and the CEO as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

We are a Training practice for undergraduates, GPs and nurses, and are active in our Primary Care Network and with the our local Integrated Care Board and LMC.
