GP Partner
- 4-8 sessions role

- Very few home visits thanks to home visiting paramedic as part of PCN
- Varied working weeks with routine, duty, nursing home rounds, eConsult management, and other types of clinics
- Support to become a GP trainer if desired
- Streamlined workflow processes – very few documents make it to the GP to review
- EMIS and Docman
- Structured induction process with planned introduction of responsibilities (list size, tasks and buddy cover)
